The Winning Post is an entertainment app for fun only. It is a social horse racing picks and tips game. It is not a gambling product, betting service, or financial product. No stakes are handled by the app; no real-money wagering is offered or facilitated by EmmyApps through this software.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.
